We did it!! Johto has been successfully funded...!!

Oh wait. That was 2 years ago.

It's funny how time flies... Seems like only yesterday that we were recruiting Trainers to our cause: to orchestrate and record arrangements based on the classic soundtrack to Pokémon Gold and Silver. Not only did you help us create our inspired tribute to Gen 2--you helped us produce beautiful Johto Legends vinyl and CDs too! On behalf of all the musicians, artists, engineers, and Trainers who helped on this project: thank you a hundred times over ❤️

Happy Anniversary, Johto Backers!

Wow. I can't believe it was exactly one year ago today that we launched this fundraising effort to create Johto Legends! It had always been my dream to reimagine the music of Pokémon Gold and Silver as a sweeping orchestral score, inspired by my love of film music and fueled by my passion for the Pokémon series. Now our album is being listened to and enjoyed by fans all around the world! It's a truly incredible thing, and I'm grateful to share this connection to Pokémon and its music with all of you.

Seeing the outpouring of support for Johto Legends has encouraged me to pursue more exciting game music projects, including more tributes to the Pokémon series. While I can't go into specifics right now, I can say with certainty there will be more musical adventures in the future, so stay tuned for updates! You can also follow us on Facebook and Twitter to see what we'll be up to next. ;)

By now many of you should have received your Johto Legends rewards! We are still sending out a few more waves of shipments, with vinyl set to ship later this quarter. In fact, iam8bit Japan recently tweeted some teaser photos of the packaging!! It's a good time to own a record player:

We did it, Trainers! We're so pumped to finally get these fine Johto Legends CDs and other remaining rewards into your hands! Also, Sebastian's house has turned into a shipping warehouse for all things Pokémon. See for yourself:

Delivery Timeline

Our friends in the U.S. can expect deliveries within the next week, and internationally by early May. BackerKit shipping notifications have gone out.

Please email [email protected] (DO NOT send Kickstarter messages) if your CD hasn't arrived by May 12th.

Last but not least, our friends at iam8bit are finishing up vinyl production and those will be shipped out within Q2. Please look forward to all the goodies arriving in the mail soon!

Shipping Procedures

We've started shipping out individual rewards like postcards, buttons and posters, and we will have our CD bundles ready to ship in a few weeks! Kickstarter-exclusive vinyl will be delivered in Q2 2018.
